Randall Beckman
Randy Beckman is Senior Vice President – Sales Director at Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, LLC /Triple Net Properties, LLC where he is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of Public and Private Programs; including Non-Traded REIT’s, tenant-in-common (TIC) and value-added offerings for Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors/Triple Net Properties. Beckman has over 23 years experience in the investment services industry. He ran sales and marketing for Mammoth Equities prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors/Triple Net Properties and his investor first approach gives him a strong sense of what is necessary for the success of the TIC industry, sponsors, broker-dealers, registered reps and investors. For approximately 10 years and prior to entering the TIC industry, he was a Vice President at A. G. Edwards where he opened and managed a branch office in Orange, CA. He also held various positions with Prudential Securities, including Financial Advisor, Branch Manager and National Director of Retirement and Financial Planning Services. Over the years, he has educated thousands of people, including CPAs, attorneys and financial advisors. His comprehensive wealth management and tax background compliment the TIC industry very well.
Beckman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with an emphasis in Investments from California State University, Long Beach.
