Brian has been instrumental in the growth of Eliason from a small regional real estate firm to one of the pre-eminent Tenant-in-Common sponsors in America, with a diverse national portfolio of retail and multi-family properties. Under Brian’s watch, Eliason is one of the fastest growing companies in the country, and has assembled an unparalleled executive team with over $15 billion of transactional experience that is continuing the Eliason tradition of extremely high customer satisfaction and retention.
Brian's current duties at Eliason include strategic planning, capital allocation, corporate financing, and public relations. He is an expert in commercial real estate law, finance, Sec. 1031 exchanges, tenant-in-common structures, real estate securities, as well as partnership and corporate taxation. As such, Brian has been a speaker at many seminars, radio shows, and conferences across the country.
Brian is a Wisconsin licensed attorney, real estate broker, and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He also holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
