Greg Paul
In 1985 from his vantage point in the shareholder relations department at the Consolidated Capital Companies, a leading real estate investment company during the 80's, Mr Paul first recognized the need some investors had for liquidity in non-traded real estate securities. From 1986 until 1993, Mr. Paul lead Partnership Securities Exchange in becoming the industry's first and most active market maker in publicly registered limited partnerships sold by broker dealers through their registered representatives. In 1993, Mr. Paul founded American Partnership Services which lead the industry as its first full service limited partnership matching service.
Building on his 26 years of experience in providing liquidity options to investors in illiquid securities Mr. Paul co-founded Central Trade and Transfer(CTT) in 2010. CTT provides REIT, partnership, TIC and DST investors seeking liquidity the combination of market experience and a true internet net based online auction (REITauctions.com) that brings transparency and more efficient pricing to the market place.
Mr. Paul has served as President of Gemisys Securities and in various executive roles at Omni Brokerage. He currently serves as principal and CEO of Orchard Securities, a leading dealer manager of private placement programs and the broker dealer home of CTT.
Mr. Paul was instrumental in the formation of the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA), now the Real Estate Investment Securities Association (REISA). He has served on the TICA/REISA board of directors since the inception in 2003, and has also served as its Executive Vice President.
Mr. Paul holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University. He also holds Series 7, 24, and 63 securities registrations.
