When is the conference and where will it be held?
REISA's Annual Conference takes place October 18-20, 2009 at the Bellagio Resort in Las Vegas.

How do I register for the conference?
You can register online beginning Wednesday, July 15, 2009.
What are the registration fees?
Member (Registered Rep, RIA or Licensed Real Estate Broker only)
Early Bird: $199 Regular: $399

The early bird deadline is September 16, 2009 at 11 pm EDT.
What is included in the registration fee?
Your registration fee allows entry to all the conference sessions, and includes two breakfasts, two lunches and three cocktail receptions, along with the conference program book and other materials.
How can I become a member of REISA?
Complete the online membership application or download a membership application and fax it to our office at 317.815.0871. For general membership questions, contact Deborah Lowe at membership@reisa.org or 317.663.4177.
What are the exhibit hall hours?
The exhibit hall will be open the duration of the conference, except during general session presentations. Specific hours include during breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks. lunches and receptions.
Can I distribute my company's materials at the conference?
The best way to promote your company is through sponsorship. Check out the sponsorship opportunities. REISA has strict guidelines to ensure unauthorized materials are not distributed or displayed at REISA's Conference. Read the guidelines for details.
Can my company hold a meeting in conjunction with the REISA Conference?
Auxiliary (not private) meetings held immediately prior or after REISA's Conference at the host hotel are prohibited. Read the official policy for details.

Conference Registration
Is there a registration deadline?
The early bird rate for the conference is available through September 16, 2009. Online registrations will be accepted until October 15, 2009. After October 15, 2009, on-site registrations will be taken at the regular registration fees.
How do I cancel or change my registration?
Cancellation requests must be in writing and received by October 5, 2009. A $50 administration fee is assessed on all cancellations. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellations received after October 5 will not receive refunds. E-mail any requests to reisareg@oquest.com or call 1.866.207.1247.
Housing
What is the room rate and how do I make my hotel reservation?
The room rate at the Bellagio is $189 per night plus tax (currently 12%). Reservations must be made by September 16, 2009 to ensure availability and the discounted rate. After this date, availability and price are not guaranteed. You can make your reservation online or by calling 1.888.987.6667. Be sure to mention REISA or the group code REISA9 if you call the hotel.
How do I cancel or change my room reservation at the Bellagio?
The deposit is fully refundable provided reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one-night cancellation penalty.
