Sponsorship Registration
Sponsorship registration is now closed. Sponsorship and booth placement will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis within each category.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation notices must be in writing to be effective.
If cancellation is prior to September 18, 2009, 50 percent of the fee is refunded. After September 18, 2009, there will be no refund.
