Parking
The Hyatt Regency offers self parking at a discounted rate of $5.00 per day and $10.00 for valet for the REISA Regional Symposium. The rate for overnight guests is $15.00 per day and $20.00 for valet.

Airport Shuttle
The Hyatt Regency Irvine provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from John Wayne Airport every 30 minutes on the hour.

Directions
From Orange County/John Wayne Airport (1.5 miles): Take MacArthur Blvd. Turn left and get on I-405 South. Exit at Jamboree Rd. and make a left. Hotel is on the right.

From Long Beach Airport (22.57 miles):
Taxi: A taxi costs around $50 - $60.
Super Shuttle: The cost is approximately $37.00.

From Los Angeles International Airport (43.25 miles):
Super Shuttle: The cost is approximately $32.00 one way per person. Each additional person in the same party is $9.00 extra.

Guest Rooms
The Hyatt Irvine offers all REISA Regional Symposium attendees a rom rate of $129 plus tax per night for March 10 - 11, 2010. The last day to receive this rate is February 17, 2010. Call 888.421.1442 to make your reservation.

Check-In/Check Out
The hotel's check-in time is 3:00 pm. The hotel's checkout time is 12:00 noon. Any attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without the hotels authorization will be charged for an additional room night at the best available rate. Late check-out is provided with authorization from the Front Desk.

Guest Room Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all guest room cancellations. Any cancellations within this period of time may be subject to a charge of one room night and any applicable taxes.
