You can join or renew your membership online, or by faxing or mailing in the membership application with your payment.
Sponsors
Sponsors engaged in the sale or management of securities or other real estate offerings can join as a sponsor company member.
Category Fee
Sponsor $5,000 (3 members included. Eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.)
An unlimited number of members can be added in the membership for an additional $99/member.
Associate Members
Retail broker-dealer firms and Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) firms can join as Associate members. REISA provides a complimentary membership for all broker-dealers. This gives each broker-dealer an opportunity to network and take advantage of educational programs. In addition, complimentary attendance to all REISA conferences and forums will allow you to participate and gain knowledge to create more value for your firm.

Affiliate Members
Affiliate Company members include attorneys, independent wholesaling firms, sponsor affiliated broker-dealers, managing broker-dealers, due diligence firms, real estate firms, management companies, mortgage brokers, lenders, accountants, consultants, qualified intermediaries (QI), appraisal firms and other industry related parties.
Affiliate Single members include one attorney, accountant, consultant, independent wholesaler and other industry related parties.
Affiliate Company $2,500 (3 members included. Eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.)
Affiliate Single $1,000 (1 member included.)
Individuals
Registered Representatives, IARs and licensed real estate brokers may join as Individual members. All individual members must have an active license, but may be currently unaffiliated with a broker-dealer firm or real estate brokerage firm.

All dues are for a one-year membership. REISA membership is based on an anniversary date from when you sign up.
