Founded in 1996 by Chairman/CEO Brett Moody, Moody National Companies is a full-service commercial real estate firm with Realty, Management, Mortgage, Development, Insurance, 1031 Qualified Intermediary, and Title divisions.  As a sponsor, Moody National Companies won the REISA/TICA Sponsor of Excellence award in 2008. Moody National Realty Company has closed commercial real estate transactions totaling over $2 billion. Moody Management currently manages approximately 1,500 apartment units, 1 million square feet of office space, and 67 hospitality properties. Moody Development most recently completed a new Courtyard by Marriott in Houston’s Texas Medical Center.  Moody Mortgage has placed approximately $1 Billion of debt, equity and structured financings for its clients.  A new division has been added, Moody National REIT I, Inc., a publicly-registered, non-traded real estate investment trust.
